At CPRI, all research activities require approval.
An application must include:
Full proposal and all related attachments (e.g., consent forms, questionnaires to be used) submitted to a university Research Ethics Board
Letter of Approval from a university Research Ethics Board
CPRI Research Agreement signature page signed by ALL investigators
Applications are reviewed by the CPRI Research Approval Committee. The Committee meets on the last Thursday of every month from January to November (no meeting is held in December). Only complete submissions received 10 working days before the meeting will be added to the Committee’s meeting agenda for that month. A response from the Committee will be emailed to the applicant within 2 weeks of the meeting date.
