Agency to Agency Community Consultation

Agency to Agency Community Consultation: an outpatient service offered to community agencies providing assessment and/or treatment to children and youth with a variety of clinical concerns. Your agency can consult with CPRI’s clinical team for support, feedback, or further recommendations for a child you are currently working with. Typically this service is offered through video conference however teleconferencing is also available. A referral package unique to this service can be found on the Professionals Referral Page.

Agency to Agency Community Consultation is a one-time consultation specifically designed for clinical discussion only. Clients and/or guardian do not attend. Should further CPRI services be required, regular CPRI intake processes apply and a full intake package must be submitted.

RAD refers to a very limited set of circumstances in which children are thought to not have the opportunity to develop any specific attachment to a caregiver. Onset of the problems must begin before age five and cannot be due to another mental health or developmental problem, and the child must have reached a developmental age of at least 9 months old. Children with RAD cannot or do not seek or respond to any comfort, even when very distressed or hurt.
