Webinar Objectives:In the field of Children’s Mental Health we often find ourselves facing news terms or statements that seem to jump into the lexicon of North Americans. We then find ourselves trying to figure out what does it mean to us, to the clients we work with, and to the world of “best practices”. One of these terms is “Trauma-Informed Care”. Over the past three years, CPRI has developed webinars related to this very term, including discussions on best practices in attachment, residential trauma-informed approaches, “what is trauma informed care”, and how your organization can begin thinking about “becoming trauma-informed”. This webinar is aimed at bringing it all together and applying it “real time.”
